What We Will Do

We will visit with you and work together to custom design a best practice constructive conflict resolution system.  We typically begin with a pilot program, commonly obtaining baseline measures of satisfaction, time commitment, cost and results.  Our systems are refined on an ongoing basis based upon both practitioner and end user experience.  After a defined time (usually 3-6 months), we will seek to confirm evidence based results in the form of elevated satisfaction, reduced time commitment, reduced costs and improved results.

In sum, taking full advantage of the full range of real time and asynchronous communication technologies and deep practitioner resources, we are able to assist companies and governmental agencies to offer scalable voluntary conflict resolution opportunities online 365/24/7.  Give us a chance to prove worth!

What Does It Cost?

To get started, we seek to "keep it simple." For all aspects of a 3-6 month pilot, we charge $10,000 for design, development, implementation, training and ongoing support, including all technology costs

We then ask that companies and agencies to commit $10,000 toward professional services (with an "early end" option should these services be fully utilized prior to the end of the pilot period).

Long-term services are refined and priced based upon data developed during the pilot and then based upon ongoing usage data.  NO LONG TERM CONTRACT IS REQUIRED.  We will earn your trust, respect and confidence every step of the way.
