Client Terms & Conditions

1.  Intake Discussions are Free

As a potential client, I understand that my initial discussions with an InstantAssist Intake Specialist are free.  I further agree that I will be charged my initial fee of $99 only when an InstantAssist Mediator is assigned to me.

2.  Client is Responsible

I agree that I, and not my InstantAssist.com coach nor Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc. (RIS), am responsible for all of my negotiation, conflict resolution and all additional behavior.  I understand that my InstantAssist Mediator provides negotiation and conflict resolution assistance only.  It is agreed that participants of InstantAssist Mediation are individually responsible for their decisions and behavior. 

3.  Communications are Private and Confidential

InstantAssist communications are private and confidential as between InstantAssist Intake Specialists and Participants and between Mediators and participants, both  prior to a mediator assignment and afterwards.  To protect privacy, InstantAssist communications are neither recorded nor retained.

4.  Constructive Conflict Resolution

InstantAssist participants are encouraged to think in terms of constructive negotiation and conflict resolution.  InstantAssist is focused on assisting you to identify maximizing solutions.

5.  Mediation Blocks of Time

InstantAssist Mediation Services are charged in half hour blocks of time at the rate of $100 per 30 minutes of dedicated mediation services. 

6.  Scheduling Appointments

In the event that a client desires to work with a particular mediator, InstantAssist will seek to coordinate an appointment. If not possible immediately, a scheduled consultation will be arranged.
