Client Terms & Conditions 1. Intake Discussions are Free As a potential client, I understand that my initial discussions with an InstantAssist Intake Specialist are free. I further agree that I will be charged for consulting services only following the accepted assignment of an InstantAssist Consultant. 2. Client is Responsible I agree that I, and not my InstantAssist.com coach nor Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc. (RIS), am responsible for all of my negotiation, conflict resolution and all additional behavior. I understand that my InstantAssist Consultant provides negotiation and conflict resolution consulting only. It is agreed that clients of InstantAssist are individually responsible for their ultimate decisions and behavior. 3. Communications are Private InstantAssist communications are private as between InstantAssist Intake Specialists and clients prior to a consulting assignment and private as between the assigned individual consultant and the client at all times. To protect privacy, InstantAssist communications are not recorded nor retained. 4. Constructive Conflict Resolution InstantAssist clients are encouraged to think in terms of constructive negotiation and conflict resolution. InstantAssist is focused on assisting you to identify maximizing solutions. 5. Consulting Blocks of Time InstantAssist services can be purchased for either "up to 20 minutes" or "up to 60 minutes." More than one block of time may be purchased. 6. Consulting Changes Within First 10 Minutes Only In the event that a client is not satisfied with a consultant assignment and expresses this within the first 10 minutes, a new consultant will be assigned to begin anew. No consultant changes nor refunds will be available following this first 10 minutes. 7. Scheduling Appointments In the event that a client desires to work with a particular consultant, InstantAssist will seek to coordinate an appointment. If not possible immediately, a scheduled consultation will be arranged.
