Scheduled Appointment Refund Policy

Cancellation or Postponement Upon More than 24 Hours

  • A client's credit card is charged for the scheduled services at the time of InstantAssist confirming the scheduled appointment.
  • A client may reschedule their appointment, subject to consultant availability, upon more than 24 hours notice without penalty. 
  • A client may cancel their appointment upon more than 24 hour notice and all fees will be returned except for a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellation or Postponement Upon 12-24 Hours

  • A client may reschedule their appointment, subject to consultant availability, 12-24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment for a $30 re-booking fee. 
  • A client may cancel their appointment upon 12-24 hour notice and all fees will be returned except for a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation or Postponement Upon less than 12 Hours

  • A client may reschedule their appointment, subject to consultant availability, less than 12 hours advance of their scheduled appointment for a $60 re-booking fee. 
  • A client may cancel their appointment upon less than 12 hours notice and all fees will be returned except for a $75 cancellation fee.

Failure to Provide Notice of Unavailability

  • A client's failure to provide effective notice to InstantAssist of the client's inability to make a scheduled consultation session will result in the forefeiture of all scheduled and charged consultation fees.
