Frequently Asked Questions

Is InstantAssist Legal Advice?

The answer is no.  While many of our negotiation and conflict resolution coaches are in fact lawyers, at InstantAssist, our coaches will not offer individual legal advice, but, rather will offer individual negotiation coaching and conflict resolution guidance.  Desired legal information and advice can be obtained from the InstantAssist Legal Center or from a lawyer licensed to practice law in your state or country.

Is InstantAssist Mediation?

While there are similarities between InstantAssist and Mediation, they are not the same.  Mediation requires those in conflict to agree to a mediation process before beginning those discussions.  InstantAssist gets going based upon the contact of one well-intended person only.  To the extent that others desire to join in the InstantAssist discussions, mediation may come to take place by agreement of all participants.  Information about mediation is available at the InstantAssist Mediation Center and at Mediate.com.
