How InstantAssist Works

1.  You contact InstantAssist and we come to understand your situation.

Our intake specialist listens to get an overview of the situation and to be sure that InstantAssist can help.

2.  Upon payment of $99, InstantAssist assigns you an InstantAssist Mediator who will seek to obtain the other party's participation.

We immediately assign an InstantAssist Mediator for you to consult with.  This mediator will contact the other party, seek to engage their participation and report to you all as part of your initial fee.

3.  The Mediator Works With Both Parties Impartially for Parenting Plan and Child Support Improvement

Your InstantAssist Mediator will work with you on the phone and online, separately and together, whatever is needed, to best support your ability to improve your parenting and financial arrangements by agreement.

4.  Your Cost and Time Involvement is Limited

If both parties agree to participate, the minimum cost will be $200 and the maximum cost will be $1000.  Why not give it a shot!
